Since 2007, we have offered the Report Card Debit Card Rewards Program as a way to support local schools. This year, the grand total donated to all schools reached $579,575.64. The donation for 2025 totaled $80,273.06. The Report Card Program allows debit card customers to support one of 14 local schools. With every swipe of a Marion County Bank debit card, we make a donation to the school of your choice. The more swipes, the more Marion County Bank donates, and the more schools earn.
“We’re proud to support our local schools, and one way we do that is through the Report Card. The program works so well because it’s rooted in community. It brings us together to make a meaningful difference for students, teachers, and staff,” said Steve Kraayenbrink, Marion County Bank, CEO.
Along with the donation checks, each school building in Pella, Pella Christian, Knoxville and Melcher-Dallas school systems received a Report Card Program cake to celebrate the annual donation and show appreciation to the teachers and staff as they prepare to start the 2025-2026 school year.
Enrollment in Marion County Bank’s Report Card is free and there is no limit to the money a school can earn! Read more details and sign up here or stop in one of our locations in Pella, Knoxville, or Melcher-Dallas.
