What You Need to Know

These loans offer fixed-rate financing for up to 80% of the appraised value of a purchase price. Term loans can be used for business and asset acquisitions or to refinance other existing debt. Terms generally range from 3 to 7 years.

Operating Lines of Credit

Maintain steady cash flow for your business. Lines of credit allow you quick access to your cash to purchase inventory, provide a letter of credit and finance existing accounts receivable requirements. Lines of credit are renewed annually.

Equipment Loans

Finance the purchase of equipment critical to your business. These loans can purchase anything from office furniture and technology equipment like computers, printers and servers, to manufacturing and production supplies. Rates can be fixed or variable depending on your needs with terms of up to 5 years.

SBA Loans

SBA Loans are built specifically for small business owners to help them overcome many of the obstacles associated with starting a business. They are an ideal choice for businesses that don’t have an established credit history.

Real Estate Loans

Real estate loans allow you to purchase new property and make improvements to new and existing buildings. Commercial real estate loans can have terms of up to 25 years with fixed and variable rate options available. Refinancing options are also available.

Construction Loans

If you have a specific vision for your business’s space, construction loans can fund the construction costs associated with building your new space. Construction loans generally have 6–12-month maturities
