Join us in celebrating Trey Sathoff and his 5 years of service at Marion County Bank!

Today we recognize Trey for five years of dedication, hard work, and genuine connection with our customers and team. Trey didn’t come from a banking background, but his roots in agronomy have made him a natural when it comes to working with our ag community. He understands the land, the people, and the rhythm of the seasons—and that’s helped him build trust with his customers.

David Greving, Sr. Vice President shared that trey is relatable, steady, thoughtful, and brings a calm presence to every situation. Whether it’s a seasoned operation or a beginning farmer, Trey’s got a knack for making people feel heard and supported.

Kevin Bolt, Bank President, shared that Trey’s the kind of guy who doesn’t shy away from the tough jobs. He just gets things done, even behind the scenes he finds ways to help the bank.

Trey was quick to point to others as he reflected on his five years.
