As David Greving shared, “Robert strives to do everything at a high level. He doesn't run on neutral. He always gives his best effort, often running on overdrive.” David highlighted how Robert consistently exceeds expectations, developing deep relationships with customers and guiding them through long-term financial decisions. His impact extends beyond customer service—he’s been instrumental in the administration of the loan department and has shown unwavering commitment to both the bank and the region.

Lisa Walters echoed this sentiment, saying, “Robert develops relationships beyond the expected with customers and coworkers.” Her words reflect the connections Robert builds every day, making those around him feel valued and supported.

Kevin Bolt expressed heartfelt appreciation for everything Robert brings to the team, his customers, and the bank as a whole. His presence strengthens the culture and performance of our organization.
