Join us as we celebrate Kayla and her 5 years of service at Marion County Bank.

Five years may seem to go by quickly, but during that time, Kayla Post has built strong relationships, shared her knowledge with others, and become a trusted resource for coworkers and customers alike.

Shannon Long, Retail Manager, shared her appreciation for Kayla's willingness to help others grow. She noted that Kayla has been a valuable resource for our new tellers, generously sharing her experience and helping them build confidence in their roles. One of the things that stands out most is how well Kayla knows our customers. From recognizing familiar faces to remembering customer preferences, Kayla brings a level of personal service that helps people feel known and valued.

That same care extends to her teammates. Lisa Walters, Executive Vice President, spoke about the relationships Kayla has built throughout the bank, not only with customers but with fellow employees as well. She shared her appreciation for the way Kayla connects with those around her and highlighted the calming presence she brings to the team.

Reflecting on the milestone, Kayla shared that five years is hard to believe. She expressed her gratitude for the opportunity and said she is thankful to be part of the MCB team.

"I'm grateful for the opportunities to learn, grow, and build lasting relationships along the way! I truly appreciate my coworkers, customers, and everyone who has been part of this journey with me. I'm proud to be part of MCB team and look forward to what's ahead!."

Over the past five years, Kayla has made a difference through her knowledge, her relationships, and the genuine care she brings to every interaction.

Kayla, thank you for the positive impact you have made on our customers, our team, and our communities.

We celebrate with you today.
