Join us as we celebrate Lisa Walters and her 15 incredible years with Marion County Bank. It was a moment to reflect on the impact she’s had across the bank and to thank her for the many roles she’s played over the years.
Kevin Bolt, Bank President, kicked things off by highlighting Lisa’s ability to wear many hats—whether it’s supporting the teller and retail teams, leading our HR efforts, or navigating tough customer situations with grace. Her communication skills and deep understanding of our products and services have made her a go-to resource for so many.
Steve Kraayenbrink, CEO, shared memories from Lisa’s early days, recalling the drive and ambition she brought with her from the corporate world. From the start, she was eager to grow and learn, and that mindset has never changed. Whether it’s pursuing professional development through bank schools, including the Graduate School of Banking, or stepping up during times of change, Lisa has always leaned in with curiosity and commitment.
Her leadership has been felt in big decisions and small moments alike. She’s helped shape culture, build teams, and guide Marion County Bank through important transitions. And we know she will be part of all of those things in the future.
Lisa closed the celebration by sharing how meaningful it is to her to be a woman in leadership at Marion County Bank. She spoke about her love of learning and how she uses that knowledge to support the Marion County Bank team and the communities we serve.
Thank you, Lisa, for your dedication, your leadership, and the heart you bring to everything you do.
We celebrate with you today.
