This morning, we gathered to celebrate a very special milestone—Kayla’s 10 years of dedicated service at Marion County Bank! The celebration was filled with breakfast, laughter, and heartfelt appreciation for everything Kayla has contributed over the years.

Lisa Walters kicked things off by sharing her memories of Kayla’s interview and first day. From the start, Lisa was impressed by Kayla’s ability to learn quickly and her commitment to providing excellent service to our customers. Kayla has always been a reliable resource, stepping in to help whenever teller support was needed in Knoxville. Her positive attitude, sense of humor, and strong work ethic have been a true asset to the team.

Lisa also spoke about Kayla’s transition from her teller role to the Retail team—a move that had been in discussion for some time. When Kayla made the switch, she fit seamlessly into the Retail department, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm. Kayla’s willingness to learn and her eagerness to assist customers, even when faced with unfamiliar situations, truly set her apart.

Kevin Bolt echoed Lisa’s sentiments, praising Kayla’s exceptional attitude and customer service. He shared that he had no doubt Kayla’s move to retail would be a success—and she has certainly proven him right. 

Kayla shared her own thoughts on this milestone:

“It’s been such a blessing to work at Marion County Bank for the last 10 years! The friendships with co-workers and customers have made my job such a joy. I am grateful for the opportunities and support the bank has given me and looking forward to the years ahead!”
