Health Savings Account (HSA) FAQs

Use your FREE HSA Debit Card. If you prefer, you may order personalized checks in place of the debit card.

Your daily purchase limit is $1,500 and your daily ATM withdrawal limit is $205. If you need temporary adjustments to your limits you can call the bank to request a change.

Withdraw cash from the ATM

Request a transfer by phone from your HSA to your personal account.

Yes, they will need to sign the plan agreement as well as the signature card. You may also purchase an additional debit card for them at $5 per card.

You may pay by personal check and then reimburse yourself from the HSA.

A replacement card will be sent to you automatically during the month of your card expiration.

By law, HSAs are not allowed to become overdrawn.

Take the card and PIN to an ATM machine and do a balance inquiry to activate the card.
