Lisa thanked Shannon for her positive attitude and willingness to help. Not just with customers, but also by being an important part of implementing new products and procedures. "A number of customers rely on Shannon and so do we. Thank you for the leadership role you have taken on in the retail department and in this bank."
Steve praised Shannon's servant heart and the joy she brings to the job. "Thank you for caring and we look forward to watching you grow in your leadership," said Steve. "There are many things I enjoy about Marion County Bank," Shannon said. " But on the top of the list is working with all of you."
