Marion County Bank is proud to support the renovation of the Pella Cinemas with a $15,000 donation, contributing to a $400,000 improvement project that has transformed the downtown theater experience. The updates include new reclining seating, refreshed carpeting, enhanced concessions, and improved lighting and railings—upgrades designed to make every visit more comfortable and enjoyable for moviegoers of all ages.

The theater is operated by Central College, which has overseen day‑to‑day operations since 2016. During that time, the college has worked to maintain and update the facility for continued and expanded use by the Pella community, ensuring the cinema remains a vibrant part of downtown life.
