Iowa State Savings Bank will merge with Marion County Bank over the weekend of Saturday, Nov. 9, 2019. The Knoxville and Melcher-Dallas offices will be closed on Saturday, Nov. 9 and for the Veterans Day holiday on Monday, Nov. 11. The familiar staff you know and trust will be ready to serve you on Tuesday, Nov. 12 under the Marion County Bank name. 

We will have extended call support hours on Tuesday, Nov. 12 through Thursday, Nov. 14 from 7:00am to 6:00pm to assist with any conversion questions.

2. Enter your temporary password 

   Your temporary password will be your existing username plus the last four digits of your social security number. Example: Username1234

3. Select a new password 

   This password can be a previous password or a new one you select. Password requirements: Minimum of 8 characters with an uppercase and lowercase letter, a number and a special character.

4. Select security questions and answers 

   Answers must be a minimum of 4 characters.

5. Verify your current email address

 Bill Pay information, including vendors and scheduled payments, will convert to Marion County Bank.

Debit Cards

Your Iowa State Savings Bank debit card will continue to work until 2:00AM on Thursday, November 14. Those who have received their new Marion County Bank debit cards should activate by calling 1-800-717-4923 and begin using the new cards.  When activating, you will need to assign a 4-digit PIN.

Quicken & Quickbooks

Users will need to disconnect their Quicken & Quickbooks account from Iowa State Savings Bank and reconnect their account to Marion County Bank. Click here for detailed instructions.

Statements & eStatements

All accounts (including eStatement recipients) will receive a paper statement which will include transactions as of November 8. This means that some accounts will receive two statements in the month of November.
