Join us as we celebrate Lisa and her 40 years of service at Marion County Bank.

For Lisa Ridnouer, keeping loans running smoothly has always come down to one thing: “Details, details, details.” After 40 years of service, Lisa knows a thing or two about those details. Her career began with Iowa State Savings Bank and continued when the bank became part of Marion County Bank in 2019. Through that transition and many others over four decades, Lisa became someone coworkers could count on to roll up her sleeves, solve a problem, and keep things moving.

A Resource for Others

When Marion County Bank came to Knoxville in 2019, Lisa brought years of experience to the transition. She put in the time to learn a new system, work through the challenges, and quickly became a resource for others.

Brett summed it up well:

“It didn't take me long to figure out what Lisa was all about. She was someone who would roll up her sleeves and solve a problem.”

That knowledge has benefited people throughout the bank, particularly in lending, where the details matter and the answers aren't always simple. But Lisa has brought something else to work over those 40 years too: laughter.

Whether sharing stories, catching up with coworkers, or bringing a little humor to the day, Lisa has a way of making work more enjoyable for the people around her.

40 Years of Knowledge Worth Sharing

As Lisa approaches the next chapter, she's taking on an important role: helping train, coach, and mentor others so the knowledge she's accumulated over four decades can continue benefiting the team.

Forty years is a remarkable milestone, and we're grateful for the experience, persistence, humor, and countless details Lisa has brought to her work along the way.

And after several core loan system changes and countless updates to technology, there's at least one tool Lisa says she still couldn't do without:

“Hands down, Post-It notes.”

Congratulations, Lisa, on 40 years of service, and thank you for everything you've contributed along the way.

We celebrate with you today.
