Over the years, Sandy has worked alongside three bank presidents and six lead tellers—bringing consistency, knowledge, and a positive attitude to every interaction.

Shannon Long reflected on what an accomplishment 20 years truly is and shared her appreciation for Sandy’s reliability and willingness to step in wherever she’s needed. Whether supporting our Pella locations or jumping in to help in Knoxville or Melcher-Dallas, Sandy has always brought more than just support—she brings leadership. Her calm, steady approach provides a reassuring presence for her team, and her years of experience make her a trusted resource for both coworkers and customers alike.

What stands out most about Sandy, though, is her heart for customer service. While she takes pride in her speed and knowledge, it’s how customers feel that matters most to her. As Sandy shared, “You never know how a day or interaction might go until you are able to make a customer smile or laugh. When they walk out the door with a smile, you know you’ve served them well.” That mindset has defined her work for two decades and left a lasting impression on countless customers.
