Every year, we’re reminded that small actions can make a big difference.

When Marion County Bank customers use their Report Card debit card, a portion of every purchase is donated to the school they choose. No extra cost. No extra effort. Just a simple way to support local education every time you swipe, tap, or insert your card.

This year, over 7,800 cardholders came together to generate a $80,491.08 record donation that will be spread across 14 area schools.

Since the program began in 2007, our customers have helped generate an incredible $660,066.75 for schools across our communities.

While the dollars may be generated the same way, the impact looks different in every school.

Report Card funding has recently supported everything from career and technical education equipment to fine arts programs, classroom resources, student leadership development, and special projects (including one school's new mascot).
