We're excited to share that Whitney Ford, Compliance Officer at Marion County Bank, has been named to the Iowa Bankers Association (IBA) Compliance Committee. As a committee member, Ford will provide feedback on state and federal regulatory initiatives while helping identify programs and resources that support banks in managing their compliance responsibilities.

In this role, Ford will collaborate with banking professionals from across the state to discuss emerging regulatory issues, share best practices, and help ensure Iowa banks remain informed and prepared in an ever-changing compliance environment.

As Compliance Officer for Marion County Bank, Whitney plays a key role in helping the bank navigate complex regulatory requirements while supporting a culture of accountability and service. Her expertise helps ensure that our operations remain compliant while allowing our team to focus on serving customers and communities.
