David Greving and Steve Kraayenbrink presented Brian with a gift to recognize his years of service. The staff also celebrated with a selection of pies for breakfast.
David thanked Brian for his willingness to get involved and the expertise he brings to the loan department. "His 5 years at the bank have been quite eventful and Brian's role has expanded during that time. I'm thankful for the experience he brings to our team in both the ag and commercial areas. He is also a great communicator with his customers, thorough, and detailed in his work. We are glad to have him."
Steve praised Brian's ability to connect with his customers. "Brian does a great job of getting out of the bank and building relationships with his customers. That is something we look to do more of going forward. He also does a good job of challenging and pushing us to grow and improve. We appreciate those qualities in Brian."
Brian has been in banking for 30 years and has worked in 5 different banks. "Those banks have been steps to get me to Marion County Bank," said Brian. "And Marion County Bank is where I look forward to staying throughout the rest of my career."
