Join us in congratulating Julia Caldwell on 35 years of service with Marion County Bank!
Julia currently works in the Pella office, and you'll see her serving customers and bank staff in a number of positions. Steve Kraayenbrink, Ron Zantingh and David Greving presented Julia with flowers and a gift to recognize her years of service.
Steve praised her flexibility during times of need, saying she is always willing to take on new challenges. Ron and David expanded on that by complimenting her embodiment of our service culture, her dedication to excellence in everything she does, and the love she shares for her family and, by extension, her coworkers.
Julia addressed the staff before we gathered for breakfast.
"You are not just coworkers. You are all friends."
