Shoot Out Donation Jan 29 2016

Marion County Bank’s halftime entertainment at the Pella vs. Pella Christian basketball game on Friday, January 29 resulted in a $4,025 shootout donation!

Students from both schools worked together in the event by shooting layups, free throws, three pointers and half court shots to earn a donation for the schools from Marion County Bank.  

A shootout donation of $4,025 was raised and will be split evenly between the schools.  Marion County Bank thanks Taylor Bolt, Sam Brouwer, Lizzy Jansen, Kiki Pingle, Mark Steimling, Carter Terpstra, Abbie Vander Molen and Isaac Vermeer for participating in the halftime event. Special shout out to Carter Terpstra for the impressive half court basket!

During the last 10 years over $86,000 has been given to Pella Community High and Pella Christian High from Marion County Bank during the halftime events.
