Marion County Bank President, Steve Kraayenbrink is pleased to announce that Sam Vande Weerd has joined Pat Moriarity in the bank’s financial management department as Senior Financial Advisor. With the addition of Vande Weerd, the department formerly known as Main Street Investments is now Main Street Advisory Group.

Vande Weerd brings over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is a graduate of Central College and holds a Master’s degree from Iowa State University. Vande Weerd is a fully licensed financial advisor and holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation. He has served on numerous non-profit boards and entities in Pella. He lives in Pella with his wife Jill and children Bailey, Zach and Ross.
Vande Weerd joins Senior Financial Advisor Patrick Moriarity at Main Street Advisory Group as well as Dawn Kleis, Registered Client Associate, and Julia Caldwell, Financial Assistant.
