Join us in congratulating Vickie Heerema on 15 years of service with Marion County Bank!
Vickie works as a Receptionist in our Pella office. Lisa Walters, Ron Zantingh, and Steve Kraayenbrink presented Vickie with flowers and a gift to recognize her years of service.
Lisa thanked Vickie for her positivity, her product knowledge which helps our customers find the right staff member to serve them, and her smile as she greets our customers. "Vickie's Desk" is the first one you see when you come into the bank. "When we were designing our lobby, the placement of that desk was debated, but we always knew who we hope would fill that role," said Ron. He thanked her for contributing to our culture and everything we want to do at the bank. Steve praised her willingness to care for those who need it and always sees joy when she greets our customers and staff.
Vickie wrapped up the presentation. "I love my job, all of you, and everyone who comes through our doors. It's a blessing to be in Pella and work for a company like Marion County Bank."
