Congratulations to Ruth Kuiper as she celebrates 35 years of working for Marion County Bank, formerly Iowa State Savings Bank. Ruth began her career as a receptionist and moved into an administrative assistant role later where she still serves today. Ruth has seen many changes at the bank during her tenure, and we appreciate her work ethic, flexibility and dedication to her work. She's always quick to offer a smile and a helping hand.
