Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
As a business owner, if your employees are covered by a High Deductible Health Plan and meet eligibility requirements you can offer them an employer-sponsored Health Savings Account (HSA). Remote Deposit Capture allows you to scan checks received from your customers and electronically deposit them via a desktop scanner. It’s a safe, convenient way to make deposits without a trip to the bank.
Our Remote Deposit Capture provider is dedicated to getting you up and running quickly. In addition, you’ll receive comprehensive web-based training and support for any questions that arise. All you need to get started is an existing computer with internet access and a check scanner, which will be sent directly to your business. We offer two different lease options for check scanners based on your volume needs:
- Manual Feed Scanner - $42.50/month
- Auto Feed Scanner - $52.50/month

Simple Solutions
- Night Deposit Boxes - If you can't make it to the bank during banking hours, you can drop off your deposit or loan payment using our night depository. This service allows you to make your deposit after banking hours in a safe and secure way. Deposits are kept safe until they can be counted and verified the next business day. Night Deposit Boxes are located near the front entrance at our Main Bank location and near the first drive up lane at our Windmill Bank.
- Safe Deposit Boxes - Valuable possessions and important documents are safe when you store them in a Marion County Bank safe deposit box. We have boxes available in a variety of sizes and prices at our Pella and Knoxville offices. (Contents of safe deposit box are not FDIC insured.)
- Wire Transfers - A wire transfer is one of the fastest ways to send or receive money.
